Yoga 1:00:00 [3]
Today we had Power Yoga for our morning session. I was a little nervous because we had just done restorative yoga yesterday and I still found some of the poses to be difficult. Our teacher was really upbeat and positive and there were a number of beginners in the class. The consensus was that it was a great class! Our teacher had ridiculously well-defined legs. Apparently she's relatively new to yoga so those legs are from TRX training or something.
Later I tried to run but felt exhausted after about 10 minutes of a rail trail. Even the Amish farmers farming away next to the trail didn't motivate me so I walked back and stretched a bit. I think I've been overdoing it so will try to take off an afternoon session to recharge.
