Run/Walk 20:00 [2]

After a nice unscheduled chat with Caroline I decided to take some action and I went out for a little run/walk. I warmed up with a walk over to Trader Joe's and started running once I was on the river path. I went by a few boathouses and ran about 8 minutes before I had to walk near the MIT boathouse. I alternated running and walking sessions on the way back.

The other day I got some expert advice from Hilly to start erging a little bit to get some muscles. So first I had to vacuum out the flywheel of course. That was fun and took a little longer than I thought (next time will be easy). So that unfortunately only left me about 1 minute of erging time for today. Probably not worth logging. I'll try to work up to being able to log my erging workouts... As for running I could probably push myself a lot more. I've gained some base running to and from barnehage with Lukas so I definitely could run longer than 8 minutes. I'm kind of bummed about being so far from trails. I keep thinking "well what if I go the other way out the door this time, will that lead me to the forest?" only to get a cold reminder of our location again. Oh well, the bright side is our proximity to TJs! Oh, and the river of course! That's amazing.
