Strength and Conditioning class at the J. There was a nice comfortable atmosphere and a small group with a few older folks and a few closer to my age. It was a 45-minute class but we did a lot of talking so I'd say closer to 30 min.
We did 12 stations of various exercises and I was thinking how much friendlier everyone was than when we did these in Oslo. Smiles, chatting... so nice!
