Another session with Liz. We did some stuff with medicine balls and another round with the assisted pull-up machine. Liz tried to get me to do assisted pull-ups with some resistance bands but I needed so many I almost shot into space trying to get out of them. Just kidding - but the machine is definitely easier to set up.

Strength and Conditioning class at the J. There was a nice comfortable atmosphere and a small group with a few older folks and a few closer to my age. It was a 45-minute class but we did a lot of talking so I'd say closer to 30 min.

We did 12 stations of various exercises and I was thinking how much friendlier everyone was than when we did these in Oslo. Smiles, chatting... so nice!

Warm-up with 10 minutes of walking and 10 minutes jogging on the treadmill.
Then I did most of the workout from Friday minus the weird angled press thing and the ab board thingy.
