Attempted to do the track workout of May 2 which I had last done on June 9th which consisted of 4 x 500 and 4 x 400. Got a little way into the 3rd 400 before quitting which I thought was pretty good. Also was running early in the day which is new for me.

At 7 in the morning the cemetery was closed so continued on to the pedestrian bridge in the park. 1:00 up one side and :35 up the other. 3 1/2 circuits.
