| Classic distance race at CNYO meet. Green course. Big boom on control 1 of all places wrecked the race for me. Was able to keep going in good spirits but I knew I had lost my 3rd place. Had my first SI moment at control 4 when I left the control trying to make the map make sense for leaving #3. Lost 6 minutes here. No excuse. Had some decent route choices after that and one really bad one through the marsh. |

| Sprint course at CNYO meet. Felt like I was running pretty good. Bobbled #2 and #10. Pretty happy with my 3rd place behind Lux and GW. |

| A couple of poor route choices but otherwise a good run. Had to walk a little on hill between 10 an 11. My own fault for not picking the contour option. A little hesitant from time to time. Didn't much like the slash between 6 and 7. Ended up third to the same two as in the sprint. |

| Brief run in the AM. Knee felt fine. If I didn't know it was injured I wouldn't have thought it was. Maybe it was the Advil I took at 4 AM for a headache in the night. |

| A jog around the park and back through the neighborhood. Knee didn't feel bad but it didn't feel 100% either. Hope it holds up for the meet this weekend. |
