First time back at the JCC since Jan 2. Took the trolley from home. Took 5 pounds off the weights. Aerobic machines were pretty crowded. Weight machines not so much. Ran into Adam which is always fun. Afterwards went to library which is always fun too. Barbara was at a funeral.

A walk around the park. Probably will resume running tomorrow. Nice calm evening.

Watched a little of the ski-O world cup from December in Finland on the IOF YouTube channel. Enjoyed it.

Weight is still creeping up. Hopefully return to running will burn more calories.

Note

This was the first day that I felt not sick. Most symptoms have gone. I will still wait a few days before resuming activity. I will still take a couple of extra naps each day.
