Managed to run 6 hills. Felt sluggish at first and had to pause twice for intestinal cramps but otherwise OK.

Note

Skipped the gym today to go and put the bottom paint on the boat. Also retrieved the rudder from the shop. Had a little trouble getting the pintles in the gudgeons or is it the other way around? Eventually succeeded.
