Duplicated a workout from a few weeks back. Called for 6-7 600's at 4:58 with 400m jog inbetween. Did 6 and then 400 m of the 7th. Pretty happy with that. Wimped out and avoided the hill on the ring road.
Hunters Creek Park. Very warm day. Only wore an old O-jersey on top. Was doing overgrown fields mostly which I don't like doing. Still managed to find lots of other stuff like boulders and rock piles. Was happy that I could spend the whole day in my O-shoes rather than hikers or boots.
