shoes: Lidl Green

Horsham Park Sprint-O
Strapped up with tubigrip - no problems from calves.
Generally stamina low due to lack of exercise during lay off.
Reasonably pleased with run (started going wrong towards end, so probably pushing myself suitably hard).
Dibber snapped about 4 controls from end!
Needs fixing pronto to be ready for Scotland.

Experimental run using tubigrip on left calf.
Seemed ok, though felt generally out of tone. Not run since Harvester and about a month before that.
