Woke up and really needed to piss. so i decided i'd get another morning run in. short jog out to the hills, maybe 15mins, and then got going. Felt good when i finished. such a refreshing feeling. both morning pisses, and finishing an early morning long run that is.
Did some nighto training by myself. legs were really flushing out the lactic on the hills, was burning like a motherfucker. but the flats i felt my legs flowing like a bird or something that flows nice like dat. absolutely destroyed the course too, really on top of my O right now.
Had a 3hr break from college. So i got up to the hills and decided on a quickie. Legged it up to the top, new pr!! 26:12. Was absolutely wasted when i summitted, but felt good climbing up her. Felt like I'd downed a 6-pack when i started back down. but i was alright after a couple of hundred.
