Note

Doctor not happy with my running, he says I'm still at risk of re break. So I need to take it easy for another 3-4 weeks. I can ride indoor trainer, swim and paddle.

tt with Corel, bad start and couldn't get onto front bunch, a bit slow in the zeus. Held front bunch on most laps. Felt comfortable and strong.

K1 tt, tried out a glass raid. Had a very good paddle. Very happy with time, last time I paddled like this was 2 years ago. Bunch with Nic O and Et. Pulled 3 laps, no diamond. Front bunch were sub 47.
