Climb with Murray, sugar was high again and i was getting pumped on easy routes for me, so called it to sort my sugars out, got home and tested, reading was 17... seems i don't climb well with sugars over 14.

ahr:159 max:176 shoes: New Balance Pace

Long run with Alistair and Murray. Cool route over westcliff, through Killarney, then over Munro drive, past Kes, along the ridge road linking up with Sylvia’s pass and then down Kalkenbeck, short out and back to add some distance for Ali and then home around Houghton golf course and back via melrose and Rosebank. Hamstrings were tight after hard run in salt rock still but otherwise very comfortable

Out from salt rock along tracks next to the N2 towards Ballito, then a nice long down to the beach road and back to salt rock and through Brettenwood, with my parents on cruising along on the bikes.

Surf 30:00 [3]

Durban south beach, feeling the run a bit paddling out, managed to catch one nice wave and stand up nicely:) felt like I was doing it right.
