Was supposed to be climbers pre-hab that suits runners but ended up being Pilates which was good either way.

Climb with Murray, sugar was high again and i was getting pumped on easy routes for me, so called it to sort my sugars out, got home and tested, reading was 17... seems i don't climb well with sugars over 14.

Long run with Alistair and Murray. Cool route over westcliff, through Killarney, then over Munro drive, past Kes, along the ridge road linking up with Sylvia’s pass and then down Kalkenbeck, short out and back to add some distance for Ali and then home around Houghton golf course and back via melrose and Rosebank. Hamstrings were tight after hard run in salt rock still but otherwise very comfortable

10min row, ankle mobility exercises, hang board variations until pump, rest, then 17,19,20,21 with no breaks.
