Joined the lead workshop quite late, but got some good insight from Alistair and Candice, practiced some soft catches and then got onto my red 24 for a bit of coaching and obviously to attempt the send, got to the move just before the last draw, then pumped out. Great high point! Main comment was that I’m too tense and using too much arm power, rather than body rotation and position
