Ran with LB from High Park. Did the normal Saturday loop. No pain but heavy legs

ran after yoga, did a fairly fast pace. left butt didn't hurt while running, slight tightness in my lower back. Did some stretching after the run.

First real run in 2 weeks. Cardio was laboured. Weather was fantasic. 2C light rain. Road were wet but runable.
