shoes: Saloman S-Lab Trail

Ran on a snowy route. Wore my new trail shoes for added grip. No pain, heavy legs and tight lower back. Was going to run 24k but decided to run 18 instead. no need to rush back from the injury. Have now run 3 times in 4 days with no pain. Will start building up milage this week and next.
Weather was sunny , cold(-13C and -25C with the windchill). Was over dressed but better than being cold.
