Good run on the treadmill b/c it was raining outside. Listened to "scary" podcasts and it seemed to make the time go by faster.

15 min run, stretching, speed ball, drils, hurdle jumps, 2x15 sec ercolina, and 16 min abs. Boom.

2 hr DP w/ 8x10 sec sprints. Crazy headwind on the way out, kinda got drained but felt better once we turned around.

Morning run with Daisy! Slept over at a Geoff's house watching the dogs. Woke up a bunch b/c Daisy is a bed hog and impossible to move and snores and twitches during the night. We bonded tho.

At 25 minutes in I broke a pole tip so I no poled for 25 minutes and then used Greta's poles for the last 40 minutes. Tight tight tight.

Worked on getting the hips forward and using the butt and big pushes followed by long glides. Kate's awesome.
