ran around the track, felt sooo good.

did 3x15 rollerboard on second highest setting. pretty sure I've progressively gotten worse at putting the rollerboard back up since my freshman year. struggled SO hard. did 3x20 lunges. did 3x6 squats. 3x20 abs and 3x20 obliques. finished with 3x10 split bench squat. didn't have time to cool down b/c I had class at 1.

30 min warm up with 2x1 min ANT to get ready. partners with Sam! we killed it. 5x1 km.felt the best on the last two because i finally started to warm up. cooled down with Reiter and worked on striding.
