Starting the new Endurance Strength program. Working with one of the coaches at my old gym from IL. He’s offering his programming remote via TrainHeroic, which is the app I’ve been using the last year for Field Strong programming. More focused towards cyclists and endurance athletes, with corrective movements and less CNS stress. 2 days a wk, with an optional 3rd day for core/corrective mvmts.
