Snowshoeing in this deep of snow suuuuucks. Took the home trail to Starbucks, which was of course closed. Settled for cupcakes and wraps at the grocery store instead. Snowshoes really bother the tendons on the outside of my feet. Feet and hands froze on the way home as temps dropped.
Gym closed for a "snow day". The roads were dry. Workout with D in the basement. DailyBurn core workout. Then:

Ermagerd. Where have winter boots been all my life? Sooo comfy and warm. Ordered a pair of Shimano MW81 Gore Tex boots. DHL couldn't find my address for a week, but eventually they figured it out. Got a size up from my normal Shimano size because reviews said they were snug. They're a good fit. Ride with Dusty at Meadowood before the blizzard comes in. 2 loops plus Yard Sale and The Boss. GPS shorted the distance 2 miles compared to both of our bike computers.
