Side note: HR is still suppressed. Cruising at 200W, can't get it over 150.
Some of Loudoun’s bestest gravel after 3hrs of sleep on shift. All the pipes in the county are bursting in the freeze/thaw. Gorgeous day, finally warm on the bike. Saw a hawk flying with a squirrel in its talons. Target HR was 155-170, which I could barely brush up against today, not for lack of trying. I’m assuming fatigue is suppressing it.
