Snuck in to Joe's Bike Shop's MTB camp. Big group of 14 rolled out. Narrowback, Tillman West, Reddish (ouch), Wolf. Felt pretty terrible all day, legs, lungs, back. Stomach has been off since Cohutta. Not better today. Still a gorgeous day on the trails with good folks. HOT out.
