Overall shape at midsummer is OK. Running no more often than every three days; knees feel pretty good (some of the usual R knee tendon thing is most common complaint). Biking the other 2, usually with Dids, about an hour. Back pain is less than in several years - not sure why, maybe less stress? Left shoulder doing better too, perhaps because of doing pushups differently.
Today's route was the 3-way. Also did ball class before, and some pushups and pullups. Felt less exhausted than in most recent runs; heat was less bad, maybe 80ish.
