Running 19:00 
shoes: Hoka Speedgoat 4
3rd or 4th time out since return to "running" after more than a year, trying to get over various problems (knee, psoas etc). (L knee has torn meniscus but did PRP treatment (2x) and am trying to be hopeful.)
Anyway, seems like I may be able to jog at least so am taking it all very slowly. This was a jog to end of driveway and Loon Cove Lane. Some knee pain early but nothing lasting the next day. Current aim is to try this every 4 days.
