Driveway and Loon Cove, felt a bit iffy setting out on this. After about 3 minutes got a twingy pull on inner left thigh - kept going in hopes it would run out, but it didn't. Knees somewhat achy after too. Moral may be to only run when feeling really solid & energized, and have stretched / warmed up in all directions.
