Just pushups & usual exercises - no knee- stressing stuff

shoes: Hoka Speedgoat 4

Jogged down to shore, along it & back up twice, with odd flat stretches. This felt better than recent runs muscle-wise - less repetitive - and probably closer to orienteering. Try again in 3 days.
