To shore, along beach, Loon Cove. Felt orthopedically fine, tried not to strain much. if I can do these without hurting knees or psoas, then can try to get quicker.

Shore & Loon Cove, trying Cascadias (which I've been wearing as street shoes). As expected, less random knee pain (bc less floppy than Hokas) but also less springy - muscles not used to it, whole run more "shock". Think I'll return to Hokas
