10x400 for the first half of Eddie's session off some weird recoveries which was a good bit of work but fairly easy. 8 mins of rest or so then then 2x400(90) in 55 and 57 trying to keep it controlled but run fast. Time on the first one gave me a bit of a buzz. Yeehaw
