The norm. 4x8 squats 40, 60, 70, 70kg and 4x8 bench 30, 35, 40, 42.5 plus some core stuff. was not happy this morning when I woke up at 6:40

Run with Callum getting a bit lost to and from blackford. Great to have good company on such a grim night!! Feeling great at the end.

Running to and from Hollywood before 22 minutes of threshold intervals. Felt good on the warm up for the first time in aaaaages and was running alright, feeling strong. Definitely to do with the decent sleep last night. Probably running ~3:35-3:40s but not sure.

Out early, bonked early. Could barely move after ~30 minutes. Bit weird but I think I am tired from Friday night and need to catch up on sleep a little more. Left Sasha to plough on while I went back to bed :D
