Warming up and down, feeling alright but Achilles a bit dodgy on the run back so tomorrow I think I will go for a half hour run and then cycle or something.

running 35:20 [4] 9.33 km (3:47 / km) +25m 3:44 / km

26 minutes of effort around Holyrood fields. Felt good and kept them all in the low 3:20s. Final rep was a little fast as Will came up beside me which I wasn't having so it ended up being 3:15 mins/km, sorry Nixon:/

Most pain I have been in post session for a long time, chafing has hit me hard...

Nice run around the seat with Sasha. Bit fast for my hungover legs but just about coped...

Not pushing too hard as I didn't really have any threats from behind or anyone to catch. We won :D

Steady around the meadows pre-breakfast. Not very good at running before food...

Down to the killing fields and a couple loops before heading back. Feeling shite at the start but once dinner had settled was moving well.
