Run before gym with a fast 3km in 9.49. Casually beating Tim's 5 km flat PB.

A lot better around the final. Running well enough to get a gap on Andrew... Sat in with him before pouncing on the longer legs :L great fun

Felt surpisingly good straight after the cycle. Put in 2x1km in 3.19 and 3.08

Reasonably easy round the course on braids. Missed the mass start which was a bit annoying... Jogged in the final few controls as torch died.

Also in a very bad mood as couldn't find my dibber :(

Ride out south with no idea where I was or where I was going! Unpleasant first 25 minutes before getting off the big roads then it was great :)

Intervals on the watt bike. Hideously boring. 6x3 minutes. Then 5x 30 seconds Lloyd with 1 minute recovery.
