Note

Went ti sleep feeling a bit rough and didnt want to be up very early for gym so let myself sleep in. Slept till 10:15 without waking- think i needed it...
7 PM

Jog to FWtN with Tam. Feeling full of food...

orienteering 38:00 [4] 9.4 km (4:03 / km) +60m 3:55 / km

Nice blast around Chicken's course. Good fun but made a number of mistakes, love iit.

running 6:00 [3] 1.4 km (4:17 / km)

2 x 400 cos why not... Both felt pretty easy, 67 down the hill then 70 back up.

Around the crags, up PA, around Whinnie and then finally halfway up the main climb from the pond. Taking it extremely easy, good feels.

Tempo with Tam, feeling alright and keeping to the grass.

Then 10x300 m with the Haries. Feeling fast and fairly certain i was keeping them well under 50 the whole time. Good stuff although maybe should have pushed harder earlier on... Two minutes jogging rest

To and from gym after three and a half hours of tennis. Awesome weather

Feeling tired and lost probably about 2 min 30. Really enjoyed the course though and good to get some more effort in!

Warm up with Tim before session. Rolled out of bed at 10:30 and started running at 10:35.
11 AM

running 22:30 [4] 5.6 km (4:01 / km)

5x1km off >90 second. Keeping them all ~ 3:15 i think, not sure though. Still felt very strong at the end.
