Grind up and easy back down through some cannabis filled fields from Chefchaouen. Couple of strides at the end as well, feeling faaast but instadoms big time wasn't a good idea... Nothing too grim after the last few days. I have lost a lot of weight as well, will be interesting to see the scales when I get home...

Still feeling pretty rough and weak but no longer being sick, whoopdeedoo. Nice evening recovery sesh in the local hammam after a day of meandering.

Woke up and watched some monkeys meander around where we were sleeping, very cool. Then meandered 8km down the road to Azrou where we had a quick breakfast and took a grand taxi to Fez. Started to go for a run after lunch but.felt a bit rough. Emptied all contents onto the side of the track before slowly walking home while Ed went and fetched m some water, good lad. Got back at three ish and was dragonwhatsiting in the room for the next 8 hours, what fun.

Jog into some barren pre-desert. Some diagonals on a footy pitch. 10x ~15 seconds. Broken by the end, didn't take much to flatten me at 30° with the sun right above.

From the hostel in Tinghir to the Todra gorge. Nice plod in the morning heat with some good chat. Good views and a welcome wash in the river on arrival.

Out to don't oasis and back on some dodgy tracks from Ouarzazate. Filling up the morning before an afternoon bus and a sad champions league affair.
