Big fat drop out. Weak effort but learnt how wet one feels after dropping out a race so won't be doing that again. Need to learn how to hurt when the end isn't in sight. Can hack a short race but not that. Kudos to the big lads who hacked it round, respect.
On antibiotics at the moment as well which are ruining my gut, not sure if that will have had any impact but hope it did waheeey
