Scottish unis, 9th
Set off very slow with Sasha at a speed that was maybe actually a bit too slow as we were nicely caught behind a load of punters. Then just tried to keep it reasonably under control, which felt alright although I was still completely gassed at the top of every climb. Yo-yoing off the back of Alex Muir the whole of the second and third lap but managed to squeeze past on the final downhill and sprint finish.
Didn't drop out, let's gooooo.

5 sprintervals around the AA hosp. Some good head to heads with Noah, Sasha, coach and peds. Nothing too hard but a good bit of effort here and there.
