Craigmillar FWtN. Great burn up with the bois. Good round the urban then the second we hit the forest i was struggling behind Tam and Max. Took Todge off on a wild goose chase in some random patch of forest which allowed all the others to catch up then grinding in from there with a few mistakes mixed in.

Can't beat a bit of razzy night-O.

Entered Jura on a whim so need to start training for it. Ran out to the pentlands with bash then some lovely miles with Camille, Finn and Tom after Sasha bailed cos of the cold. Had barely eaten anything all day so hit a bonk pretty hard.

5x3 minute hills. Had to leave the session early so squeezed a couple solo reps in before the pack started. Way behind the front but gotta start somewhere...
