Easy on the coast from Gullane beach with Anna.

To and from the gym. Faffed on the upper body stuff and also did 4x8 squat w/ 80kg and 3x5 box jumps onto 42 inches- failed a couple of these in the last set lol.

10 tempo then 12x90(90). Grind. Working well with the boys, mostly with Sam and Tom then Sam pulled away at end.

To and from. Warm down pace was a bit perverse.

Run with Ed and Duncan. 10x200 with jog back recover on KF, actually really rough and feeling rather spent at the end. Looking forward to a session tomorrow morning for the first Saturday in a while.

Running home from Anna's. Stopped in the toilet in Holyrood park and found some spots for the gym whilst on it. Spent an hour or so in the gym, some squats and box jumps then just faffing with core and some random things on the machines. Legs ruined by the end.

6x5(1) with a good bunch. Struggling pretty early but didn't have too much trouble picking it up at the end. Will probably stay on the KF till it gets properly grotty now. Lovely weather.
