Run with Ed and Duncan. 10x200 with jog back recover on KF, actually really rough and feeling rather spent at the end. Looking forward to a session tomorrow morning for the first Saturday in a while.

Running home from Anna's. Stopped in the toilet in Holyrood park and found some spots for the gym whilst on it. Spent an hour or so in the gym, some squats and box jumps then just faffing with core and some random things on the machines. Legs ruined by the end.
