A split ten minute tempo then 10x75(75). Feeling a bit of to form coming in today which was nice. Warned into it and was going along nicely with the front by the end.

Thought the run was 10k but some foolish routes meant it wasn't. Also had to return after 5 minutes as I'd forgotten my underwear. Arrived around 30 minutes late having also had to stop on the WoL for some ATesque issues, blimey.

Warming up and down, looking for Anna at the end but timings we wrong so solo.

4x8(2). Feeling good, first rep nice and slow then second one Tim decided to ramp it up. Went with him then dropped back to the other guys when he stopped after 3. Last one went by with a few dropping out thoughts but nothing I couldn't handle lol. Finished with something left. Time to chill for a few days cos I've overdone it, feel like I've said that before...

Round Hermitage. First solo run from the flat in a long time, stood up by Scott at DVC, feels bad. Enjoyed myself though and felt fine.
