Another great session with the boys. 4, 4, 8, 8, 16, 16, 8, 8, 4, 4. One minute rest after everything apart from the 16s where we treated ourselves to two. Nothing spicy just getting some good work in. Started slow and managed to work it down a bit over the session. Miles in about 5 i think.

Planned a big sesh but had 65 mins to go from the hospital back to my flat run shower and get to a tutorial which was feels. Quick jog to a field for 3x5(1). Tempted by another but stitch and CBA crippled me. Was late for the tutorial anyway so worked nicely.

Calves wrecked from the bandits so went on the grass for some 20x30 second hills. Kinda like strides. Pretty chill the whole way through just trying to get used to running a bit faster again. Feeling good, do actually reckon the Pollard Tuesdays are no good for me.
