Felt much better in the pool today. Did a standard warmup and then did 1500m (30 laps).

Working on my form and kicking consistently, especially when breathing. Was sad because the X-1 that I ordered had a busted speaker in the left ear so no music until they send me a replacement.

Hit the treadmill after swimming laps.

LOLO advanced +1 intensity. Felt really good. MUCH better than last time. Legs felt fine and I had plenty of energy. Did pushups and core afterwards.
