Finally feeling pretty good health-wise, and found an opportunity for a longer lunch run. Only really felt the chest when pushing hard up the stairs from Mosman Bay Wharf.
Heading out to Taronga, then came back via some side-paths and then Cremorne pool for a cannonball (got some funny looks jumping in fully clothed then jumping out and continuing running)
Really enjoyable and revitalising run, and proves getting a little bit more time out there at lunchtime is really worth it to get to slightly more enjoyable places.
