hooray! my first 'session' 7 months post-op.
Inspired by Ondrej, did 6x1minute fartlek. Looks like it was around 3:40.
struggled in the 5th recovery and the last one didn't feel great so called it there. Pretty strong beats afterwards.
I'm finding that i'm feeling a lot better cycling rather than running, but haven't completely lost the desire yet.

great route. Train to sutherland, then singletracks down to audley, then out and back on lady carrington.
I think it would be a lot of fun to do a cx brick down here... ride to limestone caves, 2k out and back, ride to the end, 6k forest loop, ride back, plenty of other runs to add in, honeymoon stairs, etc
