Longrun for the week.
21 km with 13km@racepace

Felt very tight as soon as i started due to yesterday's ride, but got into a swing early and struggled to keep the pace down for the first 6k.
By the time i got to grenwich it had become one of those runs where i didn't really want to turn around and so kept going a little way past grenwich before convincing myself it was a bad idea.

Racepace was aiming for 4:20, but turned out close to 4:30... i'm ok with that given a pretty hard week.

Epping Forest w/Prong

Didn't really feel like i had the legs from the start and neither of us felt amazing... which i think had a lot to do with headwind, lack of bikelegs, and a relatively hard run-week.

Very scared for lakes district riverride... might have to do a couple of afterwork sessions, but difficult to fit in around marathon schedule...

Run from work to Natural History Museum.
Joints still feeling a little warn from Prong's Punishment, but couldn't really convince myself to slow down, and maintained a pretty solid tempo.

Added in 7 or 8 striders concentrating on extensions and footspeed mainly.

HR seemed a bit high, but did have a late coffee...

Feeling like half a man today. Think yesterday was a bit much for me, but a good shock to the system as long as i rest and recover well today.
It's great to be pushed a little bit!

Commute run with Prongdog. 10km then hillreps. Felt great for the flats until about the 4th rep where Prong started tearing it up and i started lagging. Haven't done intervals for a while so good to put some strength/technique work in.

Solo Longrun in Stavanger, Norway, felt pretty unmotivated and took it very easy, stopping for photos, to check maps etc. stopped at the beach halfway, beautiful.
