Ran home from work after a looong day.
After 3 days off, i would have thought my right achilles would feel a lot better, but still was causing a reasonable amount of discomfort and loss of power.
I think it may be related to my these shoes allowing a bit more of a roll in, as the pain is mainly on the inside of the achilles.
concerning as i've had 5 days out of 6 off, have missed a week of my training, and probably need MORE rest to get better.
I'll have today and tomorrow easy, then flying over the whole weekend... we'll see if thats enough
