Ride with Islington cycle club again. Was damn hungover from field day yesterday, but managed to drag myself along. Very relaxed pace in the B group, but didn't really want anything more. still fucked at the finish.
IslingtonCC club ride Great to get out of london on a weekday, and a good route apart from some trafficky bits earlier. Found it a bit tough to keep the pace on the climbs, i think mostly due to intervals yesterday and swimming today, but also because i'm just not as good a climber at the moment. Felt strong on the flats. Also found it a bit stressful, and a combination of the stress and overtraining meant i didn't get to sleep until about 4am.
Side note, my weight is down to 81kg (from a standard 84-85) and I can really feel the difference (not in a good way). Struggling with regulating body temperature, energy levels and sleep... better go buy some weightgainer3000 from beefcake dot com

Went to do track with the tri club but field day had overtaken the park, so i ran into the victoria park harriers and did a session with them Stride/tech warmup 6*3min rec 1.5min Felt very strong the first 3 but fell a bit on the last 3. not a bad showing though. Seem like a cool group, heaps of people there!
