Set up black dog on the turbo, which was a lot more successful. was able to ride without a sling, and able to rest hands on the bars a bit. Ran out of time though, because, have you ever tried changing a tyre one handed?

Tried getting on the turbo. Not quite as comfortable as expected, mainly because its painful if my torso isn't upright.
Needed to leave the sling on, move my seat down and level, and sit up (hands off) to be comfortable.
