Zwift group ride (which was at my tempo) for 30mins, then had a rest then 2 hours while playing call of duty on PS3. a good way to get a long slow ride in haha.

Turbo, no sling. actually able to stand for bits of it! Kept around FTP with 4x30second lowcad power sections.
ANT+ stick seems broken after dropping the computer on it, so i've cracked off the plastic cover and it seems to work again.
