Feel like Physio is really helping at the moment.
New excercises clamshells keeping hip vertical, bridge with hip high, level, and raising one leg, and side leg lifts just behind the body plane.
Also worth asking gp about possible hernia? Not sure.

Continuous hillreps in Sydney park. This time putting a bit more effort into the flat section between the trees for agility. Hip getting slowly better, downhill still a bit stiff for the most part
