had intended on getting our for a mona since i woke up, but anne was having a difficult day. finally was able to get our, but probably should have napped instead as i was already very very tired when i started. Intended on just doing laps with surges, but got a phonecall 10 minutes in that we had a visitor so did one "hotlap" and had to run back home and save anne from being woken up. All good. each day is easier than the last.

Managed a cheeky 6x500m fartlek on a trek to pick up more supplies for the hospital. Hip felt really good, heart felt pretty average... Not surprising given I haven't really slept properly since Thursday.
