Couple of drinks at the hotel pool at the sofitel and running was the most convenient way home. Legs feeling pretty good, but maybe that's just the beers.
L knee a bit sore, and legs really not recovering between rides. Should probably keep resting until the weekend before starting to think towards 6foot... would like to do some solid downhill stuff before that tho.
